HI, Im Steve Taylor owner and operator of First Class Home Services.

God has given me the ability to help, serve, and love people through my career as a Home inspector. I was blessed to be born into a 3rd generation family of builders and engineers in the SWFL area.

The majority of my construction knowledge came from hands on building of commercial, single family and multi-family buildings over a 10-year period. I also learned about homes, customer service, and timeliness as I traveled the USA for 4 years as an independent property insurance adjuster. I finally decided in 2011 to put all this experience and knowledge to work as a Certified Home Inspector. I could not be happier with my decision.

I’ve met wonderful people from all over the country and even the world as people continue to move to SWFL. This opportunity has given me the ability to educate my growing community on the condition, safety, and health of the home they are purchasing or currently reside in.

Over the years we have been blessed to not only grow our team but also expand into Mold Assessment, Radon Gas testing, Drone photography, Virtual Tours, Home Watch, Hurricane Prep, and even some other misc request from clients.
