Every inspection includes a hands-on examination of the major components such as the roof, attic, structure, electric, plumbing, and ac system. We inspect the operation and functions of windows, door, appliances, sprinklers, well equipment, pool equipment. boat lifts and docks.

We also include thermal imaging scanning of the home for no additional charge. We are licensed Mold Assessors and Radon Gas Technicians so we can test for your health and environmental risk that may be present in the home. Our typical home inspection takes between 2-3 hours to complete, after which, we will personally walk you around the home informing you of the items we found. Shortly after our appointment you will receive a digital easy to read report of our findings so that you do not have to wait to make an educated decision on how to proceed with the purchase.
