Mold Inspection
Mold Inspection can save you money and health issues
Our Inspectors work alongside home buyers and real estate agents to ensure that there are no preexisting mold issues that could potentially cost tens of thousands of dollars. Unexplained respiratory problems and illness are often associated with elevated spore counts in the home. Another common case our clients come to us with, is that they’ve noticed a musty or stale odor or they’ve discovered small colonies of mold in their homes or businesses. Due to the heavy rains that Florida has received this year we have had many clients procure our services after sustaining water damage. Whatever your reason may be, our certified inspectors will provide you with a complete inspection using the latest industry techniques and tools. Get First Class Home Services uses high end equipment such as thermal imaging cameras, which allow us to detect the temperature variations that are often associated with moisture without damaging your walls and floors. Our team prides ourselves on providing our clients with the information needed to not only determine whether or not a mold problem does in fact exist, but also the information needed to help ensure that any problems do not reoccur.
What happens after we inspect
After leaving your property our inspectors send the samples off to a certified laboratory to perform an analysis. Once we receives the lab results, we will be able to determine whether or not your property needs professional mold remediation. In those cases in which a problem is found, our inspectors will create a detailed protocol for removal. This report includes an identification of the mold source and a guide that the remediation company of your choice can follow. Our reports help you minimize the overall cost of remediation due to the fact that the mold source has been identified and helps you ensure that the job is performed properly the first time.
